Family Day @ Feeding South Florida

Join us at the Feed South Florida food bank! Volunteer opportunity for the whole family to be of service. This opportunity is created to give families an opportunity to volunteer with their children between the ages of 6 to 16. If this will be your first time volunteering at Feeding South Florida food bank with us, we're looking forward to having you join our group! Feeding South Florida rescues 44 million pounds of food per year and before it can be distributed the product needs to be inspected and sorted. That's where we come in. We'll sort through food in a fun and friendly environment. Feeding South Florida is always in need of more volunteers and when we work together we're able to help them process an impressive amount of food for local people in need.

*CLOSE-TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED* Please dress comfortably, sometimes it can get warm in the sorting room.
