About The Event
Sea turtle nesting season is in full swing! Help remove harmful debris that can negatively impact nesting sea turtles. During nesting season thousands of loggerhead, leatherback, and green sea turtles come ashore to nest on our beaches. Palm Beach County has more sea turtle nests per mile than anywhere else in the United States! Approximately 2,000,000 sea turtles hatch on our beaches every year.
Time: 5 to 7 PM (stay for as long as you can)
Place: Exact beach location in Palm Beach provided week of event.
Supplies and water are provided.
All ages are welcome!
