This morning our founders Kimberly and Sherry, had the pleasure of receiving the “Volunteer Group of The Year” award from Feeding South Florida on behalf of Volunteers of The Palm Beaches! Over the past two years Volunteers of The Palm Beaches has volunteered monthly at Feeding South Florida’s location in Boynton Beach, bringing in over 350 volunteers, who rescued and sorted food to create approximately 175,000 meals for locals in need. It’s truly a team effort 🌟❤️
The numbers are staggering! This morning we were reminded that 1 in 5 children in south Florida suffer from hunger.
